    We welcome all exchanges. We do not give refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please return your item within 10 days.

    You will receive an in-store credit for your purchase. You can choose to get the same item in a different size or something of equal value.

    Please leave us a note on your receipt, stating what item you would like to exchange for, or if you would like in-store credit. Please package the item carefully and return to:

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please, insure your package. We are not responsible for any loss or damages. After item is exchanged please allow 1 week for processing time, then your new item will be sent to you.

    Please respect our restocking policy and do not return used, worn or washed clothing.

    Currently we do not offer international shipping. We are working on offering this soon!

     

  • » How long will it take to receive my order?

     

    Once shipped most STANDARD domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We ship USPS first class and priority mail. If you choose FAST SHIPPING at checkout you will receive your package in 2-3 days after it ships. 

     

  • » I seen something on the Website/Instagram/Facebook but now I can't find it. Where did it go?

     

    We are a true specialty boutique. Our items are mostly imported from other countries. We are the only U.S. source for some of our designers. This means we sometimes have limited stock on an item. We may only get 10 pieces before the designer retires the design and displays a new collection. In order for us to keep up with growing trends once stock is sold out - you may never see that item again. In special cases if our customers really love something we will do all we can to bring the item back to our store.


  • » I ordered a PREORDER item, now what?

     

    Preorder items are special items that are produced on demand. This means the item is made-to-order and has extra details that need to be added. We offer preorder items to give our customers a chance to order a piece that we wouldn't normally keep in stock because of its individuality. Preorder items may take up to four weeks to get in stock.
